How a call goes.

Three scripted examples of the calls Ringout is built for: what the caller needs, what Ringout does, and how the call ends.

What a ringing-out phone actually costs

Callers don't leave voicemails. They ring the next business on Google. Slide your numbers in.

Your week on the phone

Rough numbers are fine.

Revenue at risk every month

$9,150 /mo

$199is what Ringout's Team plan costs a month to answer every one of them. See plans

Missed calls × booking rate × average job value, over a 4.3-week month. Your inputs, plain arithmetic.

Built for here, not translated for here

Most AI receptionists are made for American callers. Ringout is built for Australian callers, Australian law and Australian phone numbers.

Why businesses choose Ringout
  • Speaks like a local

Plain Australian English, built and tested on Australian accents, place names and each industry's own terms.

  • Straight about your data

Recordings, transcripts and call records are stored in Sydney. Live call audio and the AI are processed in the US, and we say so up front.

  • Honest by design

Every call starts by saying it's an AI. It never pretends to be a person, and it answers inbound calls only.

  • Priced in dollars you recognise

AUD, one predictable monthly price, extra minutes disclosed on your invoice. Never cut off mid-month.

Three steps to live

We set up our first customers ourselves, and test every number before it goes live.

  1. Tell it about your business

A short form in plain language: your services, hours, prices and what counts as urgent. Add your website, a document or notes as the knowledge it answers from.

    Connect Google Calendar or Calendly

  2. Divert your number

Keep the number your customers already call. We give you divert instructions for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and TPG.

    No new number, no porting

  3. Test call, then live

We ring your number to check everything answers the way it should. You're live once that test call passes.

Serious about the boring stuff

Recording notices, privacy law and where your data lives, handled properly and explained plainly.

  • Privacy Act 1988
  • Australian Privacy Principles
  • AI disclosure on every call
  • Callers told before recording
  • Stored data kept in Sydney
  • Inbound calls only

Asked before every trial

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Every call opens by telling the caller they're speaking with your business's AI assistant, and that can't be switched off. If a caller asks again, it never denies being an AI.

What happens when a caller really needs a human?

Ringout warm-transfers the call to your mobile, when the caller asks, when a call sounds urgent, or when it can't finish the job itself. If you don't pick up, it takes a message and texts you the transcript and the caller's number.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and divert it to Ringout. We give you divert instructions for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and TPG, then run a test call before you go live.

Where is my call data stored?

Recordings, transcripts and call records are stored in Sydney. To answer calls in real time, the live call (speech recognition, voice and the AI conversation) is processed in the United States by ElevenLabs and Anthropic. Our privacy page lists exactly what goes where.

Are calls recorded?

Yes, so you can review them. Callers are told before recording begins. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

How does setup work?

We set up our first customers ourselves. You tell us about your business in a short form (services, hours, prices, what counts as urgent), connect Google Calendar or Calendly, and divert your number. We run a test call, and you're live once it passes.

Read all the questions

The end of missed calls.

Somewhere right now, one of your customers is listening to a dial tone and reading the next name on Google. From today, that call gets answered.
