What do I need to bring?
Nothing beyond a rough idea of your services, your opening hours and how many calls you get in a week. That is enough for us to set Miya up as your business for the live call. If you have a price list or common questions, bring those too for a more realistic demo.
Can my business partner or manager join?
Yes. Add their name in the notes and invite them to the call, since it helps to have everyone who takes calls in the business hear Miya at once. Partners and managers often have questions about bookings, pricing or data, and we can answer them together.
Will Miya be set up with my business details and voice?
Yes. We load a sample knowledge base based on what you tell us in the booking form, so the call you hear sounds like your business rather than a generic example. You will hear your business name, your services and the kind of questions your customers usually ask.
Is the demo free?
