What is RingOut?
RingOut is an AI receptionist built for Australian local businesses. Its receptionist, Miya, picks up every inbound call in your business name, day or night, in a natural Australian voice. Who is Miya?
Miya is the AI receptionist inside RingOut. She greets every caller with your business name, tells them she is an AI, and handles the conversation from start to finish. You can choose the voice callers hear, and the larger plans let you use more than one.
Is RingOut an AI or a real person?
RingOut is entirely AI, with no human operators listening in or taking over calls. Miya uses speech recognition to understand the caller, a language model to decide what to say, and a synthetic Australian voice to reply. When a call needs a person, she takes the details and marks it for you to follow up.
Does RingOut make outbound calls?
No. RingOut only answers calls that come in to your diverted number. It never rings customers, chases leads or calls suppliers for you, which keeps it clear of telemarketing rules and means every conversation starts with someone who chose to call you.
Does RingOut send text messages?
Not yet. RingOut sends no SMS or other messages at the moment. Text follow-up after calls, with booking confirmations and rebook links, is coming soon. Today Miya confirms each booking by repeating it during the call, which leaves nothing unclear.
What does RingOut connect to?
RingOut connects to Google Calendar and Calendly for bookings, and the sync runs both ways, so callers are only offered slots that are genuinely open. It also works with Stripe for payments. Your phone number stays with your current carrier, and calls reach RingOut through a simple divert.
Does RingOut suit businesses outside Australia?
No. It is built for businesses here, in every state and territory. Miya speaks with local voices that handle place names, phone numbers are local and bills are in Australian dollars excluding GST. Callers can ring from overseas, but the service is designed around how businesses in this country work.
What does RingOut cost each month?
Starter costs $49 if you pay month by month, or $40.83 monthly when you pay for the year upfront, and includes 60 answered minutes. Growth is $149, Professional $399 and Business $699 a month, with more minutes, numbers and features on each step up. Every price is quoted in Australian dollars before GST.
