Professional includes 900 minutes, which covers your 600 a month.
See pricingTime value counts only the calls you would otherwise answer yourself, at minutes ÷ 60 × your hourly figure. Job value is weekly unanswered calls × 4.33 × booking share × job value. The saving is total value minus plan cost, and the yearly saving is twelve months of it. Yearly billing uses the monthly equivalent with two months free.
An AI voice agent ROI calculator is a tool that compares what an AI phone agent costs each month with the value it returns, such as staff time on calls and revenue from calls nobody answers.
The comparison has four parts:
This AI ROI calculator is built around RingOut's own plans and prices, so the plan it suggests is one you can sign up for today. Miya, our AI receptionist, suits owners who lose part of each day to routine calls; you divert your number to start, and she handles inbound calls only.
The working is laid out step by step, so you can repeat it in a spreadsheet with your own records.
Monthly calls multiplied by average call length gives the minutes Miya would use. The call count is never set lower than the calls you miss today.
Each plan is priced for those minutes, numbers and lines, plans missing a feature you ticked are skipped, and the cheapest one left is shown.
Minutes on calls you'd otherwise take yourself convert to hours at your rate, while missed calls become job value through your booking share.
Total value minus plan cost gives the net return, and dividing that by plan cost gives the percentage.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
| Plan | Monthly price | Yearly, per month | Minutes included | Numbers | Calls at once | Extra minute |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | $40.83 | 60 | 1 | 2 | $0.99 |
| Growth | $149 | $124.17 | 250 | 2 | 4 | $0.75 |
| Professional | $399 | $332.50 | 900 | 3 | 8 | $0.60 |
| Business | $699 | $582.50 | 1,750 | 5 | 12 | $0.50 |
Add-ons: an extra phone number is $12 a month and an extra simultaneous call is $20 a month. Enterprise starts from $999 a month with pooled minutes, custom invoicing and a written SLA.
A fair comparison puts every running cost on the table, whichever option you weigh RingOut against.
Count wages plus superannuation, leave, cover for sick days and the hours spent training someone new.
If you answer calls yourself, price those hours at what you could earn on paid work in the same time.
Check whether fees are per call, per minute or a monthly bundle, and whether setup or after-hours charges apply.
It costs nothing upfront, but callers who hang up without leaving a message are hard to count and harder to win back.
Extra minutes, another phone number or an added simultaneous line all appear in the plan cost the calculator shows.
RingOut charges no setup fee. If you would rather we configure Miya for you, done-for-you setup is $349 on Growth and higher.
It shows whether an AI phone agent pays for itself. This one estimates the RingOut plan your calls need, the monthly cost including extras, the value of the time and jobs involved, and the net return in dollars and as a percentage.
RingOut costs $49 a month ex GST on Starter, which includes 60 minutes, up to $699 for Business with 1,750 minutes. Yearly billing gives two months free, and the calculator adds any extra minutes, numbers or lines to the plan price.
Minutes beyond your allowance are billed per minute, from 99 cents on Starter down to 50 cents on Business, with Growth at 75 cents and Professional at 60 cents. The calculator weighs those overage costs against the next plan up and suggests whichever is cheaper for your volume.
No. Every price in the calculator is in Australian dollars excluding GST, matching how plans appear on the pricing page. Add 10 per cent to the plan cost if you want a GST-inclusive figure for your own budgeting.
Call recordings, transcripts and summaries start on the Growth plan, so the calculator skips Starter once that box is ticked. In the same way, spam call screening starts on Professional, and analytics split by site comes with Business.
Partly. Miya takes inbound calls, deals with questions using the business details you supply and makes bookings in Google Calendar or Calendly, but she does not make outbound calls or do front-desk work. You can divert every call to her or only the ones your team can't reach.
Yes. Paying yearly gives two months free, which brings the monthly equivalent to $40.83 for Starter, $124.17 for Growth, $332.50 for Professional and $582.50 for Business. The billing switch in the calculator applies those figures.
