Answering calls, the way you would.

No new number and no hardware. Tell Ringout about your business, divert your calls, and we test it before it goes live.

Sample call: A Saturday-night call

Ringout: Hi, this is Dave's Plumbing's AI assistant. How can I help?

Caller: Our hot water's just died and we've got a baby in the house.

Ringout: Sorry to hear that. Is any water leaking from the unit right now?

Caller: No, it's just gone cold.

Ringout: Okay. The first slot is Monday at 8 am. Shall I book that in?

Three steps to live

We set up our first customers ourselves.

  1. Tell it about your business

A short form in plain language: your services, hours, prices and what counts as urgent. Add your website, a document or notes as the knowledge it answers from.

    Connect Google Calendar or Calendly

  2. Divert your number

Keep the number your customers already call. We give you divert instructions for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and TPG.

    No new number, no porting

  3. Test call, then live

We ring your number to check everything answers the way it should. You're live once that test call passes.

What happens when someone rings

  1. The phone rings

Your number diverts to Ringout, always or only when you don't answer, day or night.

  2. It says who it is

Every call opens with your business name and a plain statement that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. Callers are told before anything is recorded.

  3. The conversation

Ringout works out what the caller needs and answers from what it has learned about your business. A call that sounds urgent is flagged and put through to you.

  4. The outcome

A booking in Google Calendar or Calendly, read back to the caller; a reschedule or cancellation; or a transfer to you. If you miss the transfer, you get a text with the transcript and callback number.

  5. The record

The recording, transcript and a short job summary land in your call log, sorted by what needs attention. A weekly summary email rounds it up.

Works with the number you already have

Your customers keep calling the number they know. You divert it to Ringout with your carrier, and we give you the steps for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and TPG. Turning it off is the same change in reverse.

The end of missed calls.

Somewhere right now, one of your customers is listening to a dial tone and reading the next name on Google. From today, that call gets answered.
