When it needs you, it puts them through.
Ringout transfers the call to your mobile when the caller asks for a person, when something is urgent, or when it can't finish the job itself. If you don't pick up, you get a text with the transcript and the caller's number.
Sample call: A burst pipe at 9:40 pm
Ringout: Hi, this is Dave's Plumbing's AI assistant. How can I help?
Caller: There's water coming through the ceiling in unit 4.
Ringout: That's urgent. I'm putting you through to Dave now.

Urgent calls go straight to you
A call that sounds urgent, like a burst pipe or an unwell pet, is flagged and routed to a person, not into the booking flow.
On request, or when it's stuck
Callers can ask for a person at any time. After two unclear attempts, Ringout hands over rather than going in circles.
Missed it? You get a text
If the transfer isn't answered, Ringout takes a message and texts you the transcript and callback number.
Told if your number stops working
If your transfer number can't be reached, Ringout alerts you before it becomes a missed emergency.
Three steps to live
We set up our first customers ourselves, and test every number before it goes live.
Tell it about your business
A short form in plain language: your services, hours, prices and what counts as urgent. Add your website, a document or notes as the knowledge it answers from.
Connect Google Calendar or Calendly
Divert your number
Keep the number your customers already call. We give you divert instructions for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and TPG.
No new number, no porting
Test call, then live
We ring your number to check everything answers the way it should. You're live once that test call passes.
We set up our first customers ourselves
The end of missed calls.
Somewhere right now, one of your customers is listening to a dial tone and reading the next name on Google. From today, that call gets answered.
We're setting up our first businesses by hand, in trades, vet clinics and event management.
